Studying with Laura is a joy. She has challenged me with interesting repertoire, and I have learned so much from her. Thanks to her encouragement and positive outlook, I have found the confidence to use my voice in new ways.

Dr. Ballard is a kind and supportive teacher. She really invests in her students, and tries to understand them as people, not only singers, which translates into more personal and effective voice lessons. She is really good at communicating with her students and knows how to challenge them in fun and engaging ways that make them grow.

Dr. Ballard is the best voice teacher ever! She is so good at explaining complex techniques and making me feel confident in myself and my voice.

We love Laura Ballard! The joy she brings to voice instruction is genuine and genius! Laura is always thoughtful and well organized and gave my daughter wonderful resources for warming up and practicing. Her love of music and singing inspired my daughter in every lesson!
